Job Description
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
- Strong Stakeholder Management; Interact with business to understand the need and demands;
- Source and attract relevant candidates by using Job Portals, social media, internal database etc.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the sourcing process.
- Screen resumes and conduct first level screening against the position.
- Liaison with technical panel for further rounds of interview.
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
- Able to analyze data to strategic future hiring.
- MBA fresher's can also apply.
