The Lead - Sales is primarily responsible for planning and driving and implementing the lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. He/she also provides support to undertake competitor benchmarking studies to assess and mine market opportunities. The Lead - Sales delves deeper to gauge customer insights and perceptions to ensure concerns are addressed. The Lead - Sales is required to think innovatively, drive customer engagement (across customer touch points) and give creative ideas to develop promotional campaigns. The Lead - Sales actively collaborates with all Services Businesses to help the business achieve its revenue and growth targets as defined and agreed upon as per the Annual Operating Plan.
