    • The Lead – Sales is primarily responsible for planning and driving and implementing the lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. He/she also provides support to undertake competitor benchmarking studies to assess and mine market opportunities. The Lead – Sales delves deeper to gauge customer insights and perceptions to ensure concerns are addressed. The Lead – Sales is required to think innovatively, drive customer engagement (across customer touch points) and give creative ideas to develop promotional campaigns. The Lead – Sales actively collaborates with all Services Businesses to help the business achieve its revenue and growth targets as defined and agreed upon as per the Annual Operating Plan.


  • Suspects, prospects and generates new sales leads from Market Government /Enterprise/corporation
  • Meet the annual Salas target & involvement in actual revenue realization
  • Generating sales funnel for various services/products offered by the company using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators in Prospects in Enterprise /Government Accounts/ Clients
  • Coordinate internally with pre-sales & delivery team to table a techno-commercial proposal.
  • Meet the annual Salas target & involvement in actual revenue realization
  • Coordinate client and delivery team as and when required for on-time delivery
  • Contribute ideas to develop the overall customer acquisition strategy
  • Assist in conducting sales & marketing events
  • Give ideas to Identify new business verticals & offerings
  • Manage the day-to-day operational costs and efficiencies of the Sales business
  • Collaborate with Services Delivery for streamlining and monitoring the management of all service orders on a daily basis
  • Participate in Business performance reviews and assess opportunity areas ensure all Sales measures remain green.


  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills
  • Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
  • Bachelor’s degree and MBA
  • Education: Any Graduate/MBA
